1. What do you all think of our new site?

2. This is truly a classic. A must watch. (Thanks to Carrie Hunter for getting this out to me).

3. Mike Licona’s new book on the resurrection of Christ is out. With all my talk ala “defend the resurrection, defend Christianity”, you really should get this book.

4. While you are at it, pick this up.

5. While you are at it….
If you are in or near Denton this weekend. http://onguardconference.org.

6. And if you are in the San Francisco/Manteca area this weekend, come see me as I present a Boot Camp on the History of the Bible.

      Thanks Cheryl,

I am not even seeing the recent comments anymore at all! I will have Tim get on this.

Most of the changes will be progressively done over the next week.

    • Ed Kratz

Oh, I see it. It only shows up when you click on a post for some reason.

      Michael,

Part of the time it shows up like it used to and part of the time it doesn’t.

      CMP,

      1. Love the video. Hilarious!!

      2. Thought I would let you know that for some reason on posts with more the 50 comments nothing past comment 50 is showing up. If there is a button to show the next 50 comments I’m not sure where it is.

Hmm…considering I *am* in the San Francisco area, I think I will drop by Manteca for that Boot Camp lesson (or at least try to, Lord willing).

      This looks HOT.

Actually a Facebook friend (and friend to the ministry) posted that video on my wall. Tim Margheim. He always has the best links (and status messages for that matter) on Facebook.

I had never seen it before… and yea it really is classic!

    • Ed Kratz

Despite my initial reaction, it is definitely growing on me 😉 I do like the more contemporary feel to it, the drop-down category section as opposed to it cluttering up the page and that the comment link is on top of the post rather than the bottom. The line spacing is still bugging me but I suppose that makes it easier to read. Are you still going to have the polls?

And I had to post that vid on my Facebook. Classic!

The site is hot. I just hope it lets me submit comments!

In some ways the site is better. Easier to read. However, it has lost all of its interactive components… Most commented on posts, list of # of comments, most popular posts etc. I would have not read many of your posts if these features were not there. Now they are gone as far as I can tell. Please bring those back. You really can’t tell how much activity there is on this page anymore now that those features are gone.
