The Vision
Imagine walking into a unique cafe where the very walls inspire and affirm Christian teachings – that’s the Credo House cafe. Rooted deeply in evangelical theology, it stands as a testament to the great Christian tradition. Within its cozy confines, you won’t just sip on a cup of coffee; you’ll experience weekly lessons, engage in enlightening theological discussions, participate in special events, and immerse in seminary-style courses. It is a place where faith and fellowship coalesce, all under the enlightening shade of Truth.
The Former Credo House
For seven transformative years, the Credo House was more than just a cafe. It was a lifeline, a sanctuary that touched countless lives. It was a bastion of truth that the confused and the doubting could come to. It was an inter-denominational safe-space, not associated with a particular church or denomination, but serving all tradition and proclaiming the Person and Work of Christ! However, its journey wasn’t without challenges. Distracted by multiple issues, including my personal battle with pain pill addiction, a misaligned focus on coffee over teachings, and a lack of infrastructural support, it unfortunately had to shut its doors.
The Difference
Today, I stand before you, seven years free from the clutches of addiction, fueled by passion and enthusiasm to breathe new life into the Credo House. Our past accomplishments are a testament to its potential: monthly gatherings that attracted hundreds, over 20 filmed and recorded courses, and countless enlightening theological discussions behind the bar.
The Need
But for Credo House to be reborn, stronger and more vibrant than ever, we need a solid foundation. I’m currently working on establishing this infrastructure, and I humbly invite you to be a part of this rebirth. By supporting us here: (patreon.com/cmichaelpatton), you are not just funding a cafe; you are rekindling a community where faith finds its voice.
The Voice
Moreover, your voice and influence are paramount. Sharing our vision with your friends, family, and community amplifies our reach. By spreading the word, you don’t just support our mission, you become an integral part of it. Every share, every conversation, brings us closer to our goal.
The Partnership
Together, with your help and advocacy, the Credo House will rise again, standing tall on pillars of faith, fellowship, and foundational support.

I really enjoyed coming to the Credo House back in the day. I brought my son to your walk through Romans and when Dan Wallace came to speak.
LOL, I wonder how John Piper would feel about the Credo House with the coffee sipping?
If you could get this started again do you think you could ever get Voddie Baucham to come and speak?
Probably. We only had two people turn us down. We had a lot of speakers come.
Another to consider might be Dr. Arnold Fruchtenbaum, Ariel Ministry. Arnie has been a great blessing to me. I met him in 1979, and it was a seminal experience in my understanding of Eschatology, even though I had been educated in a great Bible College.
