Great definition of a commentary. I wish someone had taught me this early in my seminary career: I turned away so many wish brothers and sisters in my early studies. Thankfully, I’ve learned my lesson now and eagerly invite them in to dialogue.

Ha, that can be so true! If you don’t pull the commentary off the shelf within a few years it should probably be sold or given away.
